The Leslie Hotel is undergoing a 10 million dollar renovation beginning in Fall 2006, to be completed in 2007. Seven loft-style South Beach condo units with 1,000 to 2,000 square feet and 20 feet ceilings will be for sale starting at 1.5 million. Real Estate developer Paul Anton’s other projects include the renovation of the Carlyle Hotel on South Beach.
