The Saxony Hotel will be restored and the construction of two new towers is scheduled to begin in early 2006. The Saxony Hotel Condominiums will be built on 400 feet of beachfront on Collins Avenue between 32nd and 34th Streets. Amenities include a pool, private cabanas, and a full-service spa and beach club. On the vacant lot of prime Miami Beach real estate immediately north of The Saxony Hotel Condominiums, the 19-story Saxony Tower, consisting of 45 luxury Miami Beach condo units will be constructed fronting Miami Beach. On the west side of Collins Ave., fronting Indian Creek, The Residences at 3300 Collins will consist of 27 luxury Miami Beach condo units, lofts and town homes atop a four-story parking structure. The entire Miami Beach condo project will offer an array of products from condo-hotel rooms to 4,000 square-foot penthouses.
