The Keyes Company/Realtors is a leading worldwide real estate company anchored in Miami, Florida. Its heritage can be traced to a small, one desk office opened on Biscayne Boulevard. In Miami, in 1926 by Kenneth Keyes. Today, Keyes has nearly 1,500 local associates in branch offices located in 34 communities across the state of Florida. In addition, we are members of an alliance of 44 mega-Brokers nationally and a network of international affiliates with over 85,000 sales professionals.

The last three years have brought dramatic changes to this homegrown real estate company. 2001, witnessed the launch of the Keyes/Costco partnership. This innovative paring has brought Keyes associates into direct contact with thousands of Costco members at over nine locations in South Florida. In addition, Keyes/Costco “Road Show” is held twice a month and further opens the market to new clients.

Then Keyes launched their exclusive prospecting tool, Keyes Profit Farming. This visionary addition to the arsenal of Keyes services and resources for our associates enables them to more effectively and efficiently market their area, making it a two-fold benefit for the both the associates who understand their market that much better through the use of the automated system and for their clients who are the recipient of this knowledge and expertise.

Keyes has served families, neighborhoods and communities of the South/Central Florida for over 75 years. Throughout our successful history, we have grown to become a legend in South Florida real estate and one of the largest firms in the country. Keyes continues to grow and report record sales in excess of $1.8 billion annually. Keyes has an uncanny ability to blend the comfort and convenience associated with a family based organization that emphasizes unsurpassed personal service with the skills and utilization of “global approach” marketing systems.
